I'm a lover of late night music. Doesn't have to be blues of Jazz, just needs to be smooth. I'm always on the lookout for new talent, so if you've got something you think I should hear get in touch and put me right. There's something else I'd like you to do. Find  between 10 and 12 of your favourite late night  tracks, put them onto a c.d. get in touch, bring them in to the studio and together, we'll present them Future Radio listeners.

I play a bit of guitar and gig every now and again. www.johnbrownmusic.co.uk One of these days I'm gonna get the hang of it....Snooks Eaglin, Big Bill, Lightnin' Hopkins and Brownie McGhee are the ones that ring my bell, toot my horn and rattle my.....I'm sure you get the picture. Martin Simpson, Duck Baker, Kenny Burrell and Martin Taylor are all different types of player but have the same effect. In terms of piano players, Otis Spann and Longhair stand out from the crowd.

Favourite Artist/ singer? Dunno, too many to fit in here. But here's a few to get you started.... Marvin Gaye, Clare Teal, Julie London, Sam Cooke, Diana Krall, Alison Krauss Joan Armatrading.......... So many great artists, and I've just realised I haven't mentioned JJ Cale, George Thorogood, Robert Johnson, Johhny Winter or.....

Away from Future Radio, I'm  a cyclist.  Hated and despised by planet polluters with busy lives, tunnel vision and a deep seated desire to kill. If you see me, (I ride an orange bike) gimme a wave, and tune in to Future between 10 and midnight on Sundays.....
