People's Playlist Application Form

Use this form if you're interested in appearing in our weekly show (Saturdays at 2pm) 'The People's Playlist' - an hour dedicated to one listener; with 12 of their favourite songs and reasons why those songs mean so much to them.

Please note it is helpful if you own the tracks on CD or the like so we can play them. Once we have recieved the form someone will endeavour to get in touch with you and discuss getting you to our studios to do the recordings! Please use the boxes below to provide your details, and details about the tracks you wish to play (Make them clean please! We can't play any sweary or controversial tracks in the daytime).
