 The show was originally started as Jam Shack show by DJ Jo Nape, who still contributes from his current base in South Africa, and is now hosted by South African born, Producer and Presenter Quibell Ramantswana (also known as Q) and Resident DJ & Co-Presenter Tom Smith (aka DJ Tonesmith), who is from the U.K. The Mzansi Show represents the youth culture of South Africa and South African Music.

The Mzansi Show has grown from being the top rated South African Show in East Anglia to becoming the most highly acclaimed South African show in the U.K. providing listeners with the latest exclusive updates on all that's hot in South Africa including the biggest South African gigs in the U.K. .
