People's Playlist Application Form

Use this form if you're interested in appearing in our twice weekly show (Saturdays at 3pm and Sundays at 2pm)'the People's Playlist' - an hour dedicated to one listener; with 12 of their favourite songs and reasons why those songs mean so much to them. Please note it is helpful if you own the tracks on CD or the like so we can play them. Once we have recieved the form someone will endeavour to get in touch with you and discuss getting you to our studios to do the recordings!
