The 12th Man Campaign aims to get men talking more openly about mental health. It uses the positive metaphor of the football crowd to engage with men by tapping in to the positive values of unconditional support, group support, and open displays of emotion. The 12th Man is a multi award-winning campaign that works with Barbers, Tattoo Shops, Pubs and Menswear stores and also Cycling and Scooter Clubs to provide mental health first aid training and on-going support. The 12th Man Radio Show is designed to continue the discussion onto the airwaves, and brings together music and chat about men and mental health.
Broadcasting every 1st Thursday of the month.
12th Man was created by Nick Little and Oz Osborne (1972-2018) and is owned and managed by The Outsiders CIC. The Show has been developed thanks to funding from The Little Acorns Community Fund.
