About the Show
This Ain’t A Scene is a show celebrating sad songs and nostalgia, it was born out of a love of Emo and inspired by being told “it’s just a phase” for over 20 years now. Host Jason Overman will take you on a journey through the ever-growing gloomy forest that is Emo/Alternative music, so pop on your favourite Checkerboard Vans, sweep your fringe over one eye, pop all your emo clichés in your cliché bag and come get lost in the woods for an hour.

Jason Overman
Jason Overman is Norwich’s number 1 Asexual comedian and Emo radio host, who has been described as “A comedian and radio host”. During the less showbiz times of his life he can found working as a youth support worker and talking about his cat, Professor Mrs Boo Bouvier.
