A volunteer role at Future Radio can range between a couple of hours a fortnight presenting or producing a show, to long-term, work experience placements of 25-hours per week.
You can apply to become part of Future Radio in a number of ways:
- Pitching an idea for a new show.
- Offering your skills on a regular or one-off basis.
- Throughout the year we identify specific roles we are looking to fill within our broadcast or office teams. See below for specific vacancies.
We can often receive a lot of enquiries about volunteering with us and unfortunately we’re unable to respond to every application.. Usually, we will prioritise applications for the specific gaps we are looking to fill (below), so applying for one of those roles is a good way to fast-track your application to join the Future team.
